If you’re ready to feel better, I’m here to help.

I was raised, and have lived most of my life, in the Bay Area. For as long as I can remember, I’ve connected easily and authentically with others and felt called to help people navigate challenges and process and overcome pain. I really love learning other people’s stories and finding out what makes them tick. That’s why I both truly enjoy, and find tremendous meaning in, being a therapist.

I came to this work because I believe in the power of human connection to facilitate healing and change. You don’t have to struggle through hard times on your own. I’ve been the one sitting on the couch, and I understand how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help.

I like to dive in as quickly as is comfortable to provide immediate support and relief, while simultaneously developing an outcome-oriented framework that promotes forward movement and lasting positive changes. In my office you’ll be seen, heard, and appreciated as your authentic self. I don’t promise miracles, but I do promise to create an environment where progress is possible and to match your level of commitment to this work.

I won’t just be rooting for you, I’ll be your teammate.
